Corner tri-level townhouse unit for privacy and comfort, the living room and kitchen have recently been remodeled to showcase the new slate fireplace hearth, granite countertops, hardwood floor and brand new fourth bedroom and family room in basement.
Gather around the wood stove fireplace in living room while kids can hang out in the family den in the lower level. There is a Sharp LCD TV in living room for entertainment.
The townhouse feels spacious as you enter through the front door to the open floor plan of living room, dining and kitchen combined. Complex is surrounded by healthy lodge pole pine trees, giving you a feeling of seclusion in a forest setting. Deck off the living room has a small grill to cook up a fancy steak or casual burger. Half bath available in entry.
There are three bedrooms upstairs and the recent remodel added a fourth bedroom in lowel level. Main level includes living room and fully stocked kitchen with some stainless steel new appliances. Lower level features the family room with LCD TV and mini kitchenette with microwave and refrigerator.
King master bedroom with a LCD TV, balcony and en suite bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed and shares a hallway bathroom with a third bedroom with another queen bed. The hallway bath has a Jacuzzi tub with skylights and heated floors! The family room in lower level is integrated with a fourth bedroom, offering a daybed and trundle bottom and a freestanding twin bed. There is a third full bathroom with shower in lower level.
Shared hot tub just few steps from townhouse in complex.
Washer/dryer located in entry hallway. One car garage plus one additional parking in front of driveway (2 car maximum parking allowed). Complimentary WIFI available.
Free Summit Stage shuttle stop just 1.5 blocks from townhouse at corner of Madison and Main Street. Walk to all restaurants and shops on Main Street downtown.
This house welcomes well behaved dogs with some restrictions. Additional pet fee applies.

The only issues we had was 8 people taking showers could not happen without running out of hot water. The outside hot tub is ancient and was not working most of the time. Garage was small but we fit a minivan in it. Had several 6'5" guys who had to duck coming up the stairs from the bottom floor, but they said that was pretty normal. The kitchen had everything you would need we have never had a rental with enough stuff before this one. Overall we felt like we got a great deal for what we paid. The furniture was ok - beds were a little firm for my taste. The one thing I found very odd is the property has a large living room but it only has 1 small couch. So if you have a group of people everyone has to sit at the kitchen table. My only other complaint would be there's only parking for 2 cars, one spot being in the garage and the garage is SMALL. My Subaru Legacy managed to fit, but if you show up with 2 SUVs you're not going to have a place to park one of them.
