Boulevard Bend is one of our nicest and most uniquely located luxury townhomes in Frisco, Colorado, and makes for an ideal mountain getaway for families and couples alike. The Boulevard Bend complex is a new addition to the Frisco landscape as construction was completed summer of 2011.
Located near the confluence of Highway 9 and Frisco?s Historic Main Street, Boulevard Bend is perfectly situated for quick access to the Frisco Marina, Main Street shops and restaurants, and access to numerous bus routes. During the summer months, take a quick stroll over to the Marina for dinner on the water, a boat cruise over to Dillon, or a kayaking tour. Or, head downtown for any one of Frisco?s many summer activities, including town Barbeques, concerts, and more! Once the weather turns in favor of winter, enjoy snowshoeing through the forests surrounding Frisco or, better yet, make the quick drive or hop on a shuttle for access to Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, and Copper Mountains. Frisco is the High Rockies hub for skiing and riding!
Boulevard Bend is extremely spacious, with 3 large bedrooms on 2 different levels and comfortable living, dining, and cooking areas. Walk up a flight of stairs from the 2-car garage, open the door to the condo, and be delighted by the beautiful furnishings, top of the line décor, granite counter stops, stainless steel appliances, cozy fireplace, bar-like seating in the kitchen, and spacious dining table. On this main level you will also find the first of 3 bedrooms, all of which sport large King beds. Off of the kitchen there is a large storage room for extra gear and winter clothing ? plus, a brand new washer and dryer.
The second two bedrooms are located on the upper level of the condo. One bedroom faces south with views of the 10 Mile Range, while the other faces north with views of Lake Dillon, Frisco, and Buffalo Mountain. Both have vaulted ceilings and King beds for an extra roomy feel. The master bedroom, facing north, also has a balcony with private hot tub!

Stayed for 5 days in March, 2013 Frisco was a great central location to several skiing resorts- it was our first trip to Colorado and we felt we were able to get a feel of the area and resorts in our short time there.the condo- especially the kitchen, laundry room, and private hot tub and garage parking made our stay easy and luxurious at the same time! No blow dry available no spray bottle with clean product available no tvs in 2 of the bedrooms,and the suv barely fit in the garage.tiny little soap just 1 sliver per room which we kept transferring from sink to shower...2 small packs of laundry soap hardly enough for 6 guest Also the hot tub is on third floor master suite that you have to pass through to use ...rather inconvinient for other guest, so we all skipped it.that being said the kitchen was great and it is new construction plus no one mentioned running out of hot water the gas fireplace is a nice touch and it is close enough to walk to town all in all a good experience Property Manager Response: Response from Summit Mountain Rentals Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your most recent stay with us. The check in process was easy and the people were very friendly and helpful. The only two issues I had were that the garage access and garage itself is fairly small. Not possible for the two SUV's we had. The other issue is that one of the bedrooms is over the garage / garage port and never seemed to warm up and was pretty chilly even with the doors open to the rest of the condo. Kitchen is beautiful with new appliances and counter with stools although living space has limited seating. Plenty of large closets in bedrooms but no dressers. Hot tub is on deck outside of bedroom on second floor as opposed to main deck off living room. No grill or deck furniture on main deck area. Great 2 car heated garage. Beautiful Accommodations Richard R. from Colorado Springs, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in December, 2011 Great location to Keystone Resort, food and drink. Townhome has all amenities except a outdoor grill. Would return doubt! BR on first floor did not have heat. There is radiant floor heating throughout house but that room never got warm.
