Sofa bed is broken and in tatters, otherwise decent experience Phillip S. from Denver, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in March, 2013 The overall condition of the place was nice as were both bedrooms. However, one night my girlfriend and I needed to sleep in the pull out queen sofa bed and it was a disaster. The sofa bed is clearly extremely old and brittle. A corner of it falls through completely so we had to share essentially one side of the bed. Also, the only blanket not available in the closet was extremely thin so we were cold through the night. Otherwise the place is nice and right next door to the very nice hot tub. We had a good time but given what we paid I'm pretty unhappy we had a miserable night. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in, opened the blinds and saw the stunning view of Lake Dillon and the mountains. The property is great for kids. It was hard to get an internet connection and when we did it was not consistent. Connectivity was very important and we booked with the impression of having it. We were able to finally log on with some creativity. The location was good as it was centered amidst where we enjoyed our selves. Check in and out was very good. The room was quiet and clean.
