Spring break 2013 Randy W. from Centennial, CO recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in April, 2013 We have stayed in this in CrossCreek 303 in multiple occasions. We would recommend a few modern upgrades. We had the opportunity to spend time in 207 and 210 and both units have experienced recent upgrades that truly increase the appeal of the property for the renters. In addition the kitchenware in this unit is very sparse and outdated. As a renter, I expect the condos to be adequately furnished so the renter does not feel limited on cooking options or is required to bring essentials such as salt and pepper and general purpose spices. In the multiple times we have rented condos, we have always had these accommodations. Lastly, the downstairs door and doorknob are in need of general maintenance. We've stayed in other Cross Creek units, but this one was the best. The only think I would suggest is getting some non-stick pans. I made Grilled Cheese (butter both sides of the bread) and the darn things stuck to the pans! We encountered a hard to open front door handle, a window that didn't open in the second bedroom, a window that didn't close in the master bedroom. Property management was great and fixed the door right off, windows needed to order parts. Liked the master bath and open kitchen. Would suggest remotes for the two bedrooms and better blinds to update the place. In a condo unit like this, the places are close and saddly we were right next to a crying baby for three of our four sleepless nights. On the upside, the location is great and our family had fun outside the condo. Looking forward to a return visit, just not to this condo. Stayed for 3 days in December, 2011 Unfortunately the first property was not prepared for rentals and so I had to wait for the agency to come out and then wait again while they switched me to another property. good thing that I did not have kids or a long drive to deal with.... I was shocked that there was not a salt and pepper shaker to be found or other basics. Having owned and rented in marina park I realize what a great deal my place was though pricier due to the amenities. having said this ... they did a great job putting in the shower in the master bath which was the best upgrade in the unit - could use some shampoo though. I could stay here with perhaps 4 people max as too small a space socially to hang out... overall good value for money.
