Hands down, this is the nicest condo available in Mountainside complex! Very rare, completely remodeled Mountainside 1 bedroom plus loft and 2 baths condominium unit that offers affordable getaway for small families or couples.
Enjoy the designer finished and tastefully appointed condo during your escape to the mountains. You will be pleasantly surprised with its contemporary mountain furnishings that are both comfortable and very functional. The living room is a cozy gathering place for everyone in the family to enjoy the flat screen TV above the corner gas fireplace. Adjoining space is a dining table for 4 as well as additional bar stool seating facing the kitchen. A small but private deck off the living room offers quiet solitude looking out onto wetlands and gorgeous views of Ten Mile Range.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a LCD TV and en suite bathroom. The spacious and open loft is designed to be a fully functional second bedroom with a queen bed, walk-in closet, dresser and a second en suite bathroom. There is a queen sized sofa sleeper in living room. The condo sleeps 6.
Guests have full access to the Mountainside Club House with a coin laundry facility, complimentary WIFI access, indoor swimming pool, four hot tubs (indoor and outdoor), sauna, steam room, locker rooms, racquetball court and an outdoor tennis court. The condo sits just off the bike path and just a very short walk to the National Forest Land trailheads. The condo is only seven blocks to Main Street Frisco and Summit Stage bus stops. There is one parking space in the underground garage as well as an open lot in front of condo building for additional parking.
