Freisbach is very centrally located. It is only 15-20 km to Germersheim, Speyer, Landau and Neustadt. Even Heidelberg, Mannheim, Ludwigshafen and Karlsruhe are within 30 - 45 minutes. Cyclists and motorcyclists are only 10 kilometers to the southern wine route from here. Also Hockenheim can be reached in 20 minutes. There are well-known and popular hiking trails in the Palatine forest and a well-developed network of cycle paths.
