Description: This huge private home has jaw dropping views, gorgeous décor, and tons of space for big groups! Enjoy the huge living/kitchen/dining area plus a separate game table area for evenings of fun! The two story living area has a wood-burning fireplace, tons of couches, a dining table that sits at least 10. Off the kitchen is a deck with a large in-ground private hot tub. This big stand-alone home has everything, from a gas grill, to your own washer/dryer, to a steam shower in the master bath.
Sleeping Arrangements: 1 king in the main-level master bedroom, a queen in the downstairs master, bunk bed with a double mattress on the bottom in the 3rd bedroom downstairs, and two queen top and bottom bunk beds in the 4th bedroom/loft. This beautiful home can sleep 15.
Distance to Resort: 5 miles to Winter Park Resort.

Great Stay Ross Family from Lincoln, NE, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2013 We had a family reunion, ski trip and stayed at Fox Tracks Lodge. The home is very comfortable. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything that a cook would need, including 2 crockpots. The only thing missing was an electric can opener. We saw many foxes that came right up to the back door and a couple of moose visited the side yard. We would definately choose this home again.		Overall Satisfacation
Beautiful rental worth the trek to it cnm6528 from St. Louis, MO, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2013 We stayed for a 40th birthday party with a rather large group & were well accommodated. This beautiful vacation/rental home is well maintained, wonderfully decorated, well-kept & serene. We were greeted every morning by a friendly fox looking for easy hand outs on the back porch. Some friends used the hill on the side of the house for some sledding. At night the hot tub was much enjoyed. The bathrooms were spacious & nice. The kitchen got a work out as the birthday meal was prepared on site. Would love to go back & visit again. There was a loft with plenty of sleeping area as well as a master bedroom off the kitchen/dining/living area & the downstairs had an en suite bedroom & another sleeping area with multiple beds. Washer/dryer available perfect for drying those wet clothes after enjoying the beautiful snow. Close to groceries & stores.		Overall Satisfacation
Happy Thanksgiving The Butters from Edmond,OK, Stayed for 0 days in November, 2012 Hello, I just wanted to say there was 10 of us this 2012 Thanksgiving and plenty of room for all of us. We had such a great experinece with the fox tracks rental, we even got the ray experience of seeing a fox in all its beauty, every morning and every night we stayed at the lodge. We called him our pet fox, just like having a dog around but something more rare and wild, too cool.. We Realy ejnoyed ever thing winterpark had to offer from using the in house ski rental to shopping lovely downtown winterpark. thank you so much for the awesome experience, and we will be back hopefully with more snow next time.. till then the Butters family		Overall Satisfacation
Cool Colorado Vacation Janette from Tonganoxie, Ks, Stayed for 0 days in July, 2012 Upon our arrival everyone was excited about the beauty of the home, not only the inside but location as well. We have kids ages 23-15 so everyone had a space of their own. Not only did we have our kids but we invited my husbands parents from Scottsdale, AZ to join us and they too were pleased with the fact that they had their own bedroom and bath. On our last full day there, one car load had already left for bike riding and we were going to join them later, however, I had left my car keys in their car! After calling your office and much research being done, your rep. came to our house and drove us to where we were needing to go! A huge thank you for that! Spacious and clean hikers from Centennial, CO, Stayed for 0 days in July, 2012 The house was nearly perfect for our group, in both private and group spaces. Our toddler did great on the front deck and older kids enjoyed the hot tub. The front has a beautiful view toward the continental divide. Family freindly and Fun Steve from Aurora, IL, Stayed for 0 days in June, 2011 We had a great time. The views were terrific, the beds were comfortable, and you can get everywhere from here. The drives through the mountains were fantastic after a fresh coat of snow on June 20th. Don't let that chase you away it was 68 that day and got into the mid to upper 70s. We took the drive to Denver and Colorago Springs where it was 90. Hiking the trails was great we saw Moose, Elk, Bear, Mule Deer, and a Fox all in the same hike. The small towns around this home have great dining opportunities and great people. Horse rides, fishing and rafting are all right in town. I know we will be back. Fantastic! mk from Falcon, CO, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2011 My family and friends stayed at Fox Tracks for my wedding weekend. I stayed there before the wedding, and my husband and I stayed one night after the wedding as well. The house is fantastic. There were a couple of small things that were quirky. The bathroom doors downstairs don't lock and the deck door to the front deck can be hard to get shut. My dad had to shovel the walk when he got there because the plow that plowed the drive pushed all that snow into a ridge by the garage. Winter Park Lodging Company was fantastic though and brought a pack and play to us in short time and called to make sure we had everything we needed at check-in and check-out. We had a wonderful vacation Delighted from Houston, TX, Stayed for 0 days in December, 2010 It was easy to check in and check out. The home was in perfect shape when we arrived and was easy to keep clean during our stay. The layout of the rooms was perfect for us, our children and their spouse. The common room was a fun place to gather and enjoy each other's company. The lighted Christmas tree added spirit to our stay. Plenty of bathrooms with lots of hot water. Temperature settings were easy to set and adjust for daylight and sleeping hours. It was a location convenient to the ski resort, grocery store and other services. Visited the lodge with five friends.To start off the staff did an excellent job at finding a place reasonably priced and roomy enough for me and my party. We visited in October, the off-season, so there wasn't much going on in Winter Park. But we were made aware of this by the lodging company and were cool with that. Everyone was in awe when we first arrived. The home was immaculate and decorated beautifully.We all had an extremely, enjoyable, & relaxing time. Loved the hot tub and BBQ grill! We had a very nice time in a very beautiful, comfortable setting oklahoma mom from oklahoma, Stayed for 0 days in August, 2010 We thought the house was beautiful, comfortable & very spacious. The house was very well maintained, and complete with everything we needed. The surroundindings were very beautiful and convenient to activities. We loved having the homey feeling and were very comfortable staying there, we hated to leave. The only thing that was what you could call a problem was the window in the master bath. As my teenage daughter found out, the window is very see though. I don't know if the builders put it in backwards or not, but maybe some blinds can be installed. Otherwise absolutely perfect! Great value for large groups Ed from Denver, Stayed for 0 days in July, 2010 We had a large group of college students, and this place worked great for a short retreat into the mountains. The neighborhood had plenty of room for short hikes and explorations. The deck on the front of the house has incredible views both day and night. The only minor issue was the large upstairs loft with tons of bedding is open to the living room and gets light early in the morning, so the group that slept up there got a bit less sleep due to noise and a early mornings. Perfect scenario for three generations!! Ali and family from Grants Pass, OREGON, Stayed for 0 days in July, 2010 We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fox Tracks Lodge! Clearly, this house can accommodate a huge group of people but there were only 7 of us (4 adults - 2 teens and a little guy). Each age group (except the little guy) had their own floor to themselves! There is plenty of comfy seating. The town of Winter Park was very close by; not walking distance but an easy drive. We watched the fireworks in Fraser and it was wonderful! The shower in the master was awesome!! The drive up was a little disappointing because the road is not paved, the weeds are pretty overgrown and the driveway is badly cracked. Once inside however, our opinion changed. It is beautiful..spacious and well decorated in a "lodgy" style! As a side note - bring your own Dvd's (there are none in the house). Also, I'd prefer the cabinet in the master to be converted to a closet and just get rid of the TV completely. It was a little odd not having a place to hang your clothes. Finally, Winter Park Lodging was a pleasure to work with! Instant confirmations and great communication!!		Overall Satisfacation
