Description: This luxurious hillside town home has tons to offer, from vaulted ceilings, and all new amenities, to unbeatable mountain views. Enjoy the wireless internet, a 2nd living area downstairs, washer/dryer, and a large private hot tub. Also, there’s a shuttle stop one mile away where you can park and ride, and skip the hassle of parking at the resort.
Sleeping Arrangements: King bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, 2 sets of twin bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom, plus a pullout queen sleeper sofa in the 2nd downstairs living area. Sleeps 10.
Location: Between Winter Park and Fraser, about 4 miles from Winter Park Resort base and lifts.

Fantastic in every way! Ashley from Mandeville, LA, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2013 Winter Park Lodging Company went out of their way to make us feel especially welcome. So much so, that they looked all over town for a sled for our children. The condo had every ammenity imagineable, perfect for our two-family group of 8. Kids loved the hot tub. The most amazing home away from home weekend trip. Amazingly Blessed from Aurora, Co, Stayed for 0 days in July, 2012 This rental was so amazing. It was more than I expected. The pictures does it no justice. You have to see it to believe it. The property manager was amazing and I was able to contact them 24/7. We toured the town and we found that everyone were so welcoming. We were welcomed with open arms at the bike shop, the restaurants, shopping and even on the bike trail. We were greeted by everyone we passed. Myself and my guest will definitely be back next year to rent the same property or one that's comparable. They have really taken care of this property and have outdone themselves with their professionalism and sense of urgency.		Overall Satisfacation
Beautiful experience Frequent visitor to Winter Park from Indiana, Stayed for 0 days in July, 2012 The home was great! From all the extra kitchen equipment it was obvious that a family owns & enjoys this mountain retreat. The mountain decor in the large entertaining space is attractice, the location is excellent and there is a beautiful view of the mountains. The neighbors were very nice and loaned us a corkscrew when ours broke during a family brunch. It was a perfect mountain experience.		Overall Satisfacation
Great get away location JWhite from Boulder County, Stayed for 0 days in July, 2012 I love the Rendezvous area. This is our 2nd straight year to spend the week of July 4th in a rental in Rendezvous, and I expect we'll be back next year. The area is so close to both WP and Fraser it makes quick trips to town simple. My favorite draw is the hiking / biking trails in the National Forest just off the neighborhood. Our townhouse this year was very nicely furnished and taken care of. The neighbors were friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed the views.		Overall Satisfacation
Awesome place Troy from Omaha, NE, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2012 Great place! Nicely decorated. It was better than the pictures even showed! You couldn't tell from the pictures but the kitchen is open to the family room and is very cozy! Fraser in the Pines was a Stellar Vacation Rental Canadian in Colorado from Sidney, B.C. Canada, Stayed for 0 days in August, 2011 The unit was private and quiet, with an unobstructed view of Winter Park peaks. It had two decks, two living rooms, a gorgeous kitchen and very comfy beds. The interior western motif blended nicely with the simple and unobtrusive architecture of the unit. Outside landscaping was natural vegetation and xeric. A beautiful and relaxing and natural place to stay.		Overall Satisfacation
