Sleeping Arrangements: King bed in the 1st bedroom, queen bed in the 2nd bedroom, 2 sets of bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom, plus a queen pullout couch. Sleeps up to 10.

Wonderful! Oakesfam from Madison, AL, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2013 We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival--saying that the place is spacious is an understatement! Pictures do not do it justice! The kitchen is more than adequately stocked (they even provide a crock pot!). We were able to shop and prep all our meals for the week the night we arrived, so that meals were easy and quick after a long day of skiing. Great location! Great custom delivery service--again, a pleasant surprise! My kids want to buy this place...I also daydreamed about it...Thank you! The heat was a little tricky, but we loved it once we got used to it. They even came out to try and help us with something as insignificant as the TV recording capabilities! Fantastic hoover-jones from minneapolis, ks, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2013 this condo was great. we only had five in our group so we had pleny of space. it was great to have a garage to park in. the condo was located right in the middle of everything we were there to do. we went to the hot springs, snowboarding at both ski granby and winter park. we even took in a movie and had great pizza. the grocery store was just around the corner too. i would highly recommend staying here to everyone. i know we will be coming back. also the chinese restaurant in granby is awesome. we had enough left over for a second meal. Perfect spot cgb from parker,co, Stayed for 0 days in December, 2012 Our first trip to winter park and we feel lucky to have found this place! Easy to get to and near the grocery store, tubing hill, dining, and minutes from the resort. A well appointed and quiet end unit. The heated floors in the bathrooms were a pleasant surprise and we had plenty of room for four adults and four children. Best of all was the price. A very affordable way to ski and stay. happy with the place, adding a few suggestions amtrak traveler from palo alto, california, Stayed for 0 days in June, 2010 Overall my friends and I were delighted with your condo. As we arrived by amtrak, and did not rent a car, its location to the train and to Safeway was ideal for us. We were comfortable with the accomodations. I do have a few suggestions: 1- as the condo was listed as serviced by free internet, it was a significant disappointment to find it did not work. Two of us brought computers with us on the train...although the rental folks tried to help us with the problem it was never resolved and caused some dismay and hours of frustration. Several of us had to go trudging about to find service in the town due to work obligations. Please do not list it as served by free internet under these conditions...it is misleading! 2- the refrigerator door opens the wrong way for the kitchen! It's a simple fix for a handyman..just switch the door to open the other way. 3- If you have folks that cook, as we did, the kitchen furnishings are spare. Please add just a few more dishcloths and dishtowels, a kettle that isn't rusted inside, plus a couple larger stovetop pans.		Overall Satisfacation

memorable Christmas! cindycmc from Louisiana, Stayed for 0 days in December, 2009 We loved our spacious condo! We had plenty of room to spread out, enjoy Christmas dinner and just hang out. our view was gorgeous from the living area. It took a little while to get used to the heat and one of the bedrooms (with bunk beds) stayed pretty cold the whole time, but it wasn't a major problem. there were small heaters in each bedroom we could use if necessary. the condo would get pretty warm during the day, but cool off a lot at night. the fireplace provided ample heat during the day. we had to call twice for small things and the service was prompt. everyone was so friendly! we were surprised to see some staples left in the kitchen by former tenants I assume. that was nice and has never happened in any other condo we have stayed in. the goodie bag waiting for us was a nice touch. we especially loved the location (close to everything including Safeway where we went daily) the garage was a nice perk, too! it was a wonderful home away from home and we wish we could rent it every Christmas from now on. BEAUTIFUL MS_ALVINA from COLORADO, Stayed for 0 days in July, 2009 First i want to say that working with the girls at WPLBO was just a treat. Because i was not able to use a credit card they still let me reserve and then when i had problem with my new bank account they didnt fuss about it they work with me and i so very much appreciate it. They made my reservation stressless THANK YOU cant wait to work with you guys again next year. The home was beautiful and so relaxing. It had everything we needed. Even though we came up for the Jazz Festival we were so comfortable in the townhome we barely even left it. I would recommend it to everyone. The townhome was very open and had a lot of light. Our townhome had the view of the river which was nice, and all the neighbor were wonderful. The only thing i didnt like was there was no hot tub. But beside that it was a WONDERFUL STAY. I was thankful for the garage and it held my Suburban LT very nicely. The bedrooms and bathrooms were plenty big as was the living space and kitchen. perfect place for ski vacation! melody ;-) from New Port Richey, FL, Stayed for 0 days in January, 2008 This condo was comfortable and stylish. We were two couples with two 22-year old sons, and were all very comfortable. The location was just a short ride from the ski slopes, and near many restaurants and shops. We flew into Denver, and it was just over an hour from the airport. The people were very helpful and gave us reduced ski rental coupons and reduced priced lift tickets. I hope to have the opportunity to come back to Winter Park and stay here again!		Overall Satisfacation
