This four bedroom, three bath condo has a fully equipped kitchen. King bed in the master, queen in the second, queen or 2 twins in the third, Bunk bed in the forth and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area. Large balcony accessed from the living room offering stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico.

A Mediterranean style paradise, this Gulf front mid rise stands out with beautiful earth tones outside and first rate appointments inside. The resort building surrounds an Italian style piazza with two large, luxurious Gulf front pools, each with its own hot tub, plus a spray park for children. One of the pools is heated seasonally. The fitness center includes state of the art equipment. A large, wheelchair accessible boardwalk leads over the dunes to the amazing emerald green waters and stunning sugar white sands of the Gulf. Please note that a USD 215.62 cleaning fee will be collected at check-in. Persons booking unit must be 25 or older, with valid ID, and must occupy unit for the entire stay. No singles under 25 without guardian. Each unit features granite countertops, whirlpool tubs and floor to ceiling patio doors than open to spacious, full Gulf view balconies. The kitchen comes fully equipped, but a picnic area with BBQ grills invites al fresco dining. All no-shows are non-refundable and subject to 100 percent cancellation fee and there will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be considered no-shows and incur a 100 percent cancellation fee. Cancellations made prior to the day of arrival are subject to a penalty of the first night room plus applicable taxes and fees.
