Our 700 sq. ft. unit has one king bed in a private bedroom and a queen pull-out sofa in the living room. The screened and furnished balcony provides north or south views of the Gulf of Mexico. The Kitchenette has a mini-fridge and microwave and there is a TV in both the living room and bedroom.
