The farm holiday La Crosticcia is an old farmhouse that has been carefully and expertly restored and divided into three apartments. Immersed in the gentle hills of the Appenines and the green plains of the Valdichiana, and very near to Castiglion Fiorentino, it is ideal for those who want to get away from city life and live in close contact with nature. The warm colours of the ancient farmhouse, the silvery green of the olive trees, the bright blue of the swimming pool, expertly combined with the efficiency of the way it is run and the helpfulness of the owners, guarantee a peaceful and restful holiday. The three apartments Il Rio, L’Oliveto and Il Poggetto, are expertly furnished with rustic furniture and equipped with all the modern comforts. There is a beautiful swimming pool ( 6 x 12 m, depth 1,20-2,70 m), gardens equipped with garden furniture, two shaded car spots, and a common room where, on request the owner will prepare breakfast, all at guests’ disposal. Next to the pool a bathroom with shower suitable for disabled. The farm’s produce offers the guests the opportunity to taste and buy organic products such as olive oil, wine, jam, fresh fruit, vegetables, chestnuts and honey. Communal washing machine. Renting all three apartments (groups up to 12 persons) it is possible to benefit of the privacy and independence of a single villa.
