The apartment has been renovated with accuracy and provided with every comfort, preserving it's exclusivity and appeal and it will make your holiday in Florence unique and exclusive.

This holiday accommodation is 80 square meters, plus nearly 10 square meters of terrace/courtyard. It is located on the first floor and composed of a large room with a loft that accommodates a double bed, air-conditioning, 2 tv sets, Jacuzzi with cromotherapy and wi-fi internet.

There are two elegant and comfortable bathrooms (both equipped with a shower), a kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine, a bedroom with a large closet and another bedroom with a flat screen TV.

It has a storeroom and a private outdoor courtyard.

6 months in Florence and this was my most memorable week. Alessandro from New York, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2013 I stayed in this apartment for one (1) week and had the most comfortable, relaxing week of my life. There were a total of four (4) of us in the apartment and we were more than comfortable, the bathrooms and kitchen are up-to-date: something that is not very commonly found in rental apartments in Florence. Everything was pristine. The decor is rustic and old but really adds to the Florence experience. The city is a mix of the old and the new and this apartment does a superb job of making you remember that you are in an apartment built in the 1400's without sacrificing any modern amenities that are musts for all vacationers: modern appliances and unbeatable customer service. The apartment is steps from the river arno, minutes from the shopping centers of the city and the Duomo and assorted museums (including but not limited to the Uffizi). I can't find enough good things to say about this apartment and the members of the apartments in Florence team. Massimiliano was the nicest person we met in all of Florence and made your concerns his own. By check out you won't think twice about calling him your friend. We still meet up with him from time to time and go out to dinner etc. If you are thinking about coming to Florence for your next vacation you are making an amazing decision, but if you look any further for a place to stay, you are making a huge mistake. I can guarantee that you won't find better anywhere else in the city.		Overall Satisfacation
Unica ed inimitabile Jacopo G from Milano, Stayed for 0 days in January, 2013 Ho soggiornato in questo bellissimo appartamento con la mia ragazza ed altri 4 amici, ed è la miglior casa vacanza in cui sia mai stato: arredata con cura nei dettagli stile anni 30/40 , ma dotata di ogni confort tecnologico ( tre tv schermo piatto , impianto audio, vasca idromassaggio .. ) una cucina completamente attrezzata , con lavastoviglie e locale lavanderia con lavatrice , i due bagni entrambi con doccia e moltissimi particolari oggetti e quadri appesi alle pareti dell'affascinante salotto. l' appartamento si trova al primo piano di un edificio del 400 a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di SMN e vicinissimo ad ogni attrazione di Firenze. Il proprietario , Massimiliano, è stato davvero gentile e disponibile ad ogni nostra esigenza e richiesta, consigliando anche un'ottima trattoria per mangiare la fiorentina... E dato il periodo ( quello di capodanno) ci ha accolto con pandoro e spumante ed in casa abbiamo trovato un albero di natale addobbato .!! Insomma è la sistemazione perfetta in cui alloggiare a Firenze .. !!!		Overall Satisfacation

Grooviest apartment in Florence Mzcotton from Melbourne, Stayed for 0 days in May, 2012 We had a great time staying in this super central funky apartment. We were able to walk everywhere and the best restaurant in town was literally around the corner. Our host was gorgeous and provided us with refreshments on arrival as well as a big fruit basket that kept us going all week. Highly recommend!
