This magnificent four-bedroom self catering apartment is located on the third floor of a quiet building in Florence's historic city centre along the river, close to not only the famous Florentine landmarks but also the wonderful Cascine Park. It has been tastefully decorated with both antique and contemporary furnishings throughout and makes a wonderful luxury rental.

The elegant hallway leads to a living area that features a spacious and bright lounge with beautiful windows that open out onto the terrace, with a sofa, sofa bed and TV, a separate, elegant dining room, a study, and a fully equipped kitchen.

The spacious master bedroom has a double bed and opens onto the terrace through the floor-to-ceiling windows; two of the further three bedrooms are furnished with double beds or twin beds and the third room with a double sofa bed. The bathroom has both a bathtub and shower.

Außer der Tatsache, dass nur 8 Stühle da waren für 10 Personen gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Sauber - groß - zentralst gelegen, der Blick auf den arno und die Stadt - bis Fiesole - herrlich. Very convenient location - reasonable price familytrip2012_7 from New York City, New York, Stayed for 0 days in July, 2012 Very large apartment along the arno River. Location was great. Building had an small elevator if you did not want/could not climb the 3 large flights of stairs. Stair lights must be turned on as you go - otherwise very dark. Biggest downside was that there was no air conditioning and only 2 fans for 4 bedrooms and it was 105 degrees while we were in Florence. Would probably have been okay during the spring and fall. Although there was Wifi, there was no tv. Also, furnishings are very sparse with few chairs to relax in. Of note, if you are traveling with young children who climb, the windows are either wide open or closed allowing no air flow - including those on a multi-story center courtyard which were quite low. Very short walk to train, although they advised taking a taxi. Property Manager Response: Thank you so much for your kind review.
