Wonderful and clean Janice from adelaide, Stayed for 0 days in September, 2012 Was overall a good stay. We had initially booked a smaller apartment, however due to a pipe burst, we were placed in this larger apartment for no extra cost. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with modern amenities. The location is great, close to the River arno, and about 10-15 mins walk to Uffizi. Communication with the apartment manager was great as well, they speak good English and were quick to response to any queries. The one complain I have is about the main door lock which was common to all tenants of the building: it was difficult to unlock and many times we spent a good few minutes outside trying to open it. However we were advised that the lock was soon to be fixed. All in all, highly recommended!		Overall Satisfacation

We received confirmation of check-in instructions via email and text the day prior to our arrival. Cesare met us at the apartment and spent approximately 30 minutes, showing us all the features of the apartment, explaining check-out procedures and showing us the security features of the building. Very helpful! The apartment was spacious and had all the amenities we wanted. Very spacious--easily housed all six persons in our party. The apartment is well situated near the arno River and was within walking distance of all attractions. Very enjoyable stay---I plan to rent with apartments Florence the next time I visit Florence. Too Loud hankelmar from Fountain Valley, California, Stayed for 0 days in June, 2012 There are better choices. The unit was well maintained and large. The rental agency was efficient and the location was in close proximity to the central train station and only about 10 to 15 minutes from the historic core, I would not recommend due to its location on a busy intersection. The non-stop noise from about 5am to well after midnight was overwhelming. Normally, i would have shut the windows, however the heat of the apartment forced us to keep them open.
