Good service, good location; noisy, small apartment Mishj from Sacramento, CA, Stayed for 0 days in November, 2012 The apartment location was great - very convenient. The apartments Florence staff were helpful. The unit itself was quite small (couldn't fully open closet shelves because you'd run into bed), had a washer but no dryer (allow a couple of days for your clothes to dry on the rack). The walls are very thin and the neighborhood (and neighbors during our stay) were pretty noisy. If you're a light sleeper, this is not the place for you.		Overall Satisfacation
Wonderful time in Florence for two weeks! Two of us enjoyed a small but very comfortable and wonderfully located apartment at Sante Croce. We were able to travel by foot to see the whole city very comfortably. The apartment had small markets nearby and there was nothing we wished for (except maybe some English news stations on the TV!). I would not hesitate to book through this company again, and in fact hope to do so in 2013. It is a really nice alternative to a hotel, especially for a long stay, and this made our visit perfect. Comfortable and clean-beware the study abroad students! student traveller from Chicago, Stayed for 0 days in September, 2012 The apartment at Via delle Pinzochere is perfect for a short stay in Florence. It's centrally located, within walking distance of anything you'd want to see while in town. The only problem isn't the fault of the company-the S. Croce neighborhood is largely populated by young americans on study abroad programs, who can get very loud at night. Overall, however, I would recommend this apartment. Via Pinzochere #20 (1SX) disappointed jreuven from Tel Aviv, Israel, Stayed for 0 days in April, 2012 We stayed in the apartment in april 2012 after we read good reviews. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The apartment is in a very central point in Florence, near Santa Croce- on the first floor. The price paid was about 100 eu. per day and I think it's high compared with the situation and size of the apartment. The washing machine and the fridge worked fine, but some of the items in the kitchen were broken. The main problem was the bedroom. The room is so small that the double bed is pushed against the wall and there is no access to the bed. .surely, difficult for older people. The bathroom is very small and not comfortable and all over the place felt worn out . A bright spot is the acceptance of the apartment and comprehensive explanation given by Cezare. Perfect apartment in Florence!!! ANNE from New York City, New York., Stayed for 0 days in September, 2011 Rented this apartment for the month of september - october, 2011 - for myself. Via Della Pinzochere #20 - I could not believe how perfect ths apartment was - location could not be beat - rite down the street from Santa Croce Church and cafe's and grocery store and starting point from walking everywhere! Lorenzo and his staff made sure everything was taken care of beautifully- there was someone to meet me when i arrived- and thankfully to help me up with my luggage!!! sheets, towels and instructions of how everything works and where things are!!! My daughter and her husband came for a week and the apartment worked out beautifully!!! Very safe street and excellent building - i was sorry to leave, but hopefully will get to come back and stay at #20 next year and have the same wonderful experience i did this year!!!
