Met My Needs! L. C. from Scottsdale, Arizona, Stayed for 0 days in July, 2012 Working with Chrisitne and Gian from apartment Florence was wonderful. They were extremely helpful in every respect. Gian met us at the apartment to check us in. He provided comprehensive instructions on how to work the a/c and applicances (washer, stove, dishwasher), and gave us check-out instructions. The 1 bedroom apartment at via dei Servi is in a perfect location for walking to all the cultural sites Florence has to offer. It has an elevator to the third floor and then you have to walk up another 20 some steps - so pack lightly. Tv reception was very good and we had free wi-fi. As for other aspects of the apartment it was clean, great airconditioning, and large bathroom. The king mattress in the bedroom is horrible - lumpy, hard, no box spring and you roll to the ends hopefully it will be replaced. The kitchennette was tiny - which was fine since I did not do alot of cooking throughout the week however, there were no drinking glasses, or staples like salt and pepper. I was disappointed that they did not have some starter products like a bar of soap, one roll of toilet paper, and dishwashing soap. Luckily there was a grocery store on the same block that was open on Sunday. I would propbably stay there again especially if they replaced the mattress.
