We are pleased to be able to offer this luxury rental loft after a recent full renovation. Situated on the fourth floor (five up - precisely 86 steps up) of a wonderful building, it is an incredibly bright apartment in a central location in Florence's historic centre. It makes a fantastic option for your holiday lodging or as a long term rental.

The apartment enters into an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area and through to a sofa and flat-screen TV facing towards an original fireplace and two large windows which flood the area with natural light and views out to the Duomo.

The staircase leads to the full height loft space with a queen-size bed, contemporary bathroom with walk-in shower and a wonderful beamed ceiling.

Spacious apartment with a nice view JG & BM from The Netherlands, Stayed for 0 days in August, 2012 This apartment was very spacious and in walking distance from the main tourist attractions. It had internet, laundry and a very nice bathroom. With a quick call the person to check us in Cesare was there in minutes. He showed us around the apartment and even helped bring our luggage up 4 long flights of stairs. We enjoyed our stay there because it felt like a home away from home. We loved how comfortable, spacious, light and modern the apartment felt. We would say that the one draw back was the 4 (felt like 8) flights of stairs, when carrying up luggage and especially after spending the whole day out walking around Florence! modern and clean Tonia from Chicago, Stayed for 0 days in June, 2012 This apartment had great views from downstairs and from upstairs and the place is very quiet so it was great to work and study there. It has everything you need and two people can live there with plenty of room to spare. Everything works well (AC, washing machine, tv and cable, wifi) and in the few moments when I had concerns, the agency is quick to respond and are helpful and kind. The price was right for me and although there is no elevator, and there are a good many stairs to climb, one easily gets used to it and that was fine. Very nice shower. Excellent! Mindy G from Jacksonville Beach Florida, Stayed for 0 days in September, 2011 We enjoyed our stay in the Laura Loft. It is a 5 min walk to the Duamo and a 20 min walk to the train station. Everything you need is right around the corner. We decided to stay in Florence and were very happy that the Laura Loft was available to extend our stay. It was clean, large, the bed was comfortable, shower was large, AC worked well, and the kitchen was well equipped. We would stay there again. Clean, functional, comfortable apartment, easy walking distance to main florentine sights. We got used to the stairs (hey, you only go up once per day, usually) As pretty new, could use a few more utensils and items in the kitchen (we left them a list!) I would stay again. A room with a view. Adriana from Sydney Australia, Stayed for 0 days in September, 2010 Nico was great! Though 82 steps everyday is a killer, not for the faint hearted. Great for those who wish to lose weight this a great step workout. Overall great views, spacious apartment, clean and newly renovated. Bright sunny modern apartment! The apartment is modern, bright, spacious and has great views over the roof tops of Florence. The location was perfect; an easy walk to train and all of the main tourist attractions Florence has to offer. The house We rented was beautiful, bright, and very quiet at night, but especially the people who ran it looked very nice and helpful. The only problem was that the apartment was on the fourth floor without an elevator, but in all honesty, climbing stairs was not very tiring, and the Duomo in front of the window was too generous a reward for such a weak effort.
