From a wooden stair there is access to the open mezzanine where there is a queen size bed, and a large closet. Some typical paintings are fixed on the walls. The small bathroom has shower and window. SPRONE is located in the very heart of Florence, between the Old Bridge (Ponte Vecchio) and Palazzo Pitti, in a quiet and small street, at only a few steps from the most typical local restaurants.
This loft (30 m2) is the ideal place to live the city of FLORENCE.
The building is historical and the stairway is clean and tiny.

The famous Tuscan restaurant "I Quattro Leoni" is one minute walking from the apartment. If you love truffles don't miss the restaurant "Caffè Pitti" right in front of Palazzo Pitti.
Piazza della Signoria, Museo degli Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti are all nearby the apartment.

The loft is nearby Via Guicciardini, a very typical street with many restaurants and shops at 100 mt. from Ponte Vecchio (Old Bridge) and at 50 mt. from Palazzo Pitti.

Parking is possible in carparks (on payment).

PAYMENTS RENTAL VOUCHER

Once the booking request is received, EASY RESERVE will send the holiday-renters a link to a web page where they can pay the 40% deposit plus the booking fee online with either a Visa or Mastercard. If the holiday-renter prefers to pay the deposit over the phone that is not a problem either. The balance is due 45 days before arrival and can also be paid online or over the phone.

Upon receiving the full balance the holiday-maker will be sent his/her rental voucher. For bookings made less than 45 days prior to the start of the rental period, the holiday-maker must immediately pay the total amount of the rental price.

ALTERATIONS - CANCELLATION CHARGES

For any alteration to the booking, or if the holiday-maker intends to transfer his/her booking to other persons, on condition that the accommodation and the period do not change, the holiday-maker has to pay the amount: of 50 Euros.
EASY RESERVE reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking.

Cancellation of a booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:

40% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period,

100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES SUCH AS THE BOOKING FEE.
