At Sunrise Serenade, our oceanfront house on Flagler Beach, you have sweeping views in two directions from the wrap around deck, plus a private walkway over the dunes and ocean vistas from the great room and master bedroom. Prepare to be enchanted!
Sunrise Serenade is located directly behind the greenery of the dunes on the beautiful apricot-colored sands of Flagler Beach. The side of the house facing the ocean is almost entirelywindows, interrupted only by a giant chimney with fireplaces on both the first floor (in the masterbedroom) and the second (in the great room). High sloping ceilings and lovely design touches such as patterned wood and a tile hearth make Sunrise Serenade unique, and we've loaded the house with everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing vacation. We provide all the linens and towels, free wireless Internet, a kitchen stocked with all cookware, dishes, and utensils, and even a washer and dryer for your use. Pack light, come as you are, and have fun!
You're going to want to spend a lot of time on the deck, so you'll find plenty of casual seating space there, as well as a dining area for those al fresco meals that taste so much better in the salty air! Use this area to sunbathe, chat, read, or bird watch. You can even bring your laptop or smart phone out here and stay as connected as you like.
Inside the sliding glass doors on the second floor, you find yourself in the great room, with anultra-comfortable couch and recliner grouped around the hearth. A TV stands ready toentertain you, while polished hardwood floors caress those hot, tired beach feet!Beside the living area, in a sun-soaked corner of the house, sits the dining table. Regularlysnubbed in favor of the sundeck for meals, this table is a great place to play board games andcards. Crack open the Pictionary, pour some frosty drinks, and enjoy a night "in" with the wholegroup!
The breakfast bar is adjacent to the dining room table, with handy stools and plenty of counterspace. It looks into the kitchen, a beautiful room with wooden cabinetry, hardwood flooring,and sparkling appliances. Even if you have sworn off cooking for this vacation, you'll appreciatethe abundance of time-saving gadgets and the neat pair of shuttered windows above the sink.Downstairs is the master bedroom, a showpiece of Sunrise Serenade that you will look forwardto returning to each evening. You have a queen-sized bed, beautiful fireplace, private TV, andsliding glass doors to your own beachfront patio here! As much as you love spending time withthe group, the privacy of this room will delight you. And there's nothing like falling asleep to therhythm of the surf!
The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed as well, plus sunny windows and a charmingdécor. And the 3ird has 2 twin-sized beds, just perfect for the kids.Sunrise Serenade boasts 2 full baths, one with a shower and separate powder room area, theother with both a shower and tub option.
You will love your front-row seat to the sunrise at our beach house! The boardwalk carries youover the dunes and right down to the shore, as if the beach were all yours. Uncrowded andendlessly beautiful, Flagler Beach is a great place for the entire family. And nearby is a fishingpier!

an older house sure, but it needs work

an older house, sure - that's not a problem. the problem is an older home needs to be maintained and this house was not. we stayed at a similar older home last year that was so much better that I am kicking myself for not booking that one instead. the house is designed kind of weird in as far as the layout goes but even that is not an issue. the deck and stairs outside are in need of repair and the interior of the house honestly needs a complete overhaul. we actually had to leave the property half way through our vacation due to an issue with the air condition which I am not going to go into detail in case it has already been resolved (and I really hope it has). regardless, the property is charming and the view is great. despite having houses on both sides there were days where honestly we were the only people on the beach as far as the eye could see - a definite plus. despite having a negative experience with Vacation Rental Pros after we moved - the process of getting us out and to another place was very professional. I would recommend this house but only if the maintenance improves. the owners really need to sink some more money into the place - otherwise they need to lower their rates in my opinion because you do not get what you pay for.

The area was great but the house was just ok. Needed a real good clean,cat hair everywhere. Boards on steps to beach where weak, lose, or rotten. Loved reantal company. Janet found us our house for next year.

We had a wonderful six week stay in this home! The location is great and we loved the Farmer?s Market and many unique restaurants close by. The private beach access was terrific and we thoroughly enjoyed walking/running our dog, many times totally private for miles. The home was more than ample for our needs. VRP management was very helpful and the owner even upgraded the TV for the Super Bowl! We used the beautiful living room fireplace in the evening more than 10 times. We will definitely return next year.

I need to inform you of the conditions at this property This place is listed as a non smoking property. This place stunk like an ashtray when we arrived. The place was not very clean. The sliding glass door and windows had not been cleaned in weeksThe MB shower was not clean and there was a unused condom on the floor of the MB closet! This place has an insect problem, The kitchen was infested with sugar ants. There were a number of large spiders downstairs as well. The TV's. At least 15 years old 12 channels no HD Not what you would expect at this price point. The Kitchen was ok but had no usable skillet or frying pan to cook with. There was a nice plug in griddle that was tucked away in the closet. The Beds. also very old, CREAKY and uncomfortable. Your company should make an effort to educate the owners of this property on what renters expect.This place is not ready to rent. It's a shame. The location is great, real nice beach and close to everything. We usually rent through Pristine Properties. The places we have rented in the past were breathtaking.You should be aware that this is what your customers expect and this is what your competition delivers.

The house was great with a gorgeous view. Lots of steps for 2 old people. The house was dirty,beds full of sand and dog hair,flatware in drawer had food(peanut butter and jelly)on it,stove was all filmy,lots of dust and dog hair everywhere. Very obvious to me that they felt like we had a dog so no need to clean. The rental agency needs to check on housekeeping efficiency. AC went out and rental agency was right there to fix that. Thanks guys...

Great location and quiet beach, perfect for the week long getaway. Only complaint would be that bed matresses are pretty old and worn and the living room furniture is pretty uncomfortable with not a lot of room to sit.View from the balcony are amazing with direct ocean access, and driving is minutes to a ton of great food and entertainment.
