If you want a vacation condo as beautiful as the beachfront it overlooks, you?ll love Oceanside 109. Not only are the views from this three-bedroom luxury unit gorgeous?you have Beverly Beach out front and the Intracoastal Waterway in the back?but the rooms themselves are furnished to the highest standards with a new 60" HDTV and Blue Ray/DVD player with upgraded cable in the liviing room.
Because Oceanside 109 is on the ground floor of the gated complex, you?ll have easy access to the sandy beach. There?s a large patio furnished in classic East Coast style, so you can step out in the morning, coffee in hand, and watch the sunrise over the ocean from a comfy chair while still in your pajamas.
Sliding glass doors lead from the patio to the spacious living room. Outfitted with sunny, plush sofas and an easy chair you?ll love sinking into, it offers the same fabulous view of the beach?not to mention a new 60? HDTV, for viewing of a different kind. There?s also a Blue Ray/DVD player, free wireless Internet access, and even a wet bar, so you just might want to spend more than a few evenings in.
The dining area is attached to the living room, and it?s decorated just as gorgeously. The table seats up to eight people comfortably, and there?s additional seating for four at the nearby kitchen counter.
If anything, the kitchen is even more spectacular than the rest of the condo. Equipped with stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and custom wood cabinets, it has everything you could possibly need, from coffee maker and toaster to cookware to tableware, to whip up and serve a seven-course meal, if you?re so inclined. Of course, if your idea of a vacation involves virtually no cooking at all, there?s a microwave so that you can reheat leftovers from your restaurant meals for a late-night snack. And because no one likes washing dishes, there?s a dishwasher too.
The luxuriousness continues in the bedrooms. The master suite, like the living room, opens onto the patio, so you?ll have a view of the ocean directly from the king-size bed. If that?s not pampering enough, there?s also a 46" LED TV, a small table and chairs should you want to catch up on email, and a lovely coffered ceiling. The beautifully tiled en-suite bathroom has both a spacious tub and a walk-in shower, plus jack-and-jill sinks and a wealth of drawers and counter space for all your toiletries.
The second and third bedrooms each have access to their own bathrooms as well?that?s right, there are three full bathrooms in all. The second bedroom boasts a queen-size bed and 32" LED TV, while the third bedroom offers 2 twin beds. Fresh, crisp bedding and plump, thirsty towels await you; there?s no need to bring your own.
Should you want to do laundry, however, you don?t have to leave the condo; Oceanside 109 has its own full-size washer and dryer, plus a utility sink for washing out the sand from your sandals.
While Beverly Beach is just a stroll away via private access from Oceanside, the complex also has an expansive swimming pool, with plenty of deck area around it for drying off in the sun afterward. There?s a heated Jacuzzi as well, perfect for unwinding at the end of another blissfully active day.
And thanks to Oceanside?s convenient location, you can make your vacation as action-packed as you can imagine. The Intracoastal Waterway is surrounded by hiking, biking, and walking trails, which provide plenty of opportunities to see all manner of birds, and even dolphins and manatees. Shopping, restaurants, and the historic city of St. Augustine are all just a short drive away, and Oceanside?s underground parking will keep your vehicle cool until you're ready to use it.
Then again, considering how roomy, luxurious, and relaxing Oceanside 109 is, you may be tempted not to stray too far. Whatever you decide, the choice is yours, so book your stay today, and begin choosing how you want to spend your time away.

Spring Break A guest from Troy, MI recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2013 Very clean and well maintained property. Property was ready for us when we arrived. Information about details of rental could have been communicated better. For example, had I arrived late in the night we would not have had the code to get through the gate and there is no manual way to open it to let your car through. Who would I have called if it was after hours for VR Pros? This should have been provided in the package information vs. having to call for it. A neighbor provided us the code. No garage door opener is provided for the garage. Ended up figuring out how to get in with manual buttons to open and close. This information should have also been provided. When calling Vacation Rental about the issue they said they had a door opener and needed to figure out how to get it to us. Never received a call back from them on it. Instructions for the TV would have helped. There were 4 remotes and it took a while to figure out how to use. Not a typical funtioning TV. No kitchen wash clothes to do the dishes. The kitchen could use a more cooking utensils such as pans. Key for the pool and beach access does not function with ease. Always took a few minutes to get it to open. Overall the stay was great and we would rent this property again through VR Pros. Great experience. Property Manager Response: Response from Vacation Rental Pros Hi Doug - I just read your comments, and I want to thank you for the great input. At VRP we take our customers' feedback very seriously, and to show our thanks, I'd like to give you a coupon code good for $50 off your next rental. When you reserve your property, just enter rebook50. Hope to see you and your family again soon! --Steve Milo, 888 618 8658, Vacation Rental Pros, 6279 A1a South, St. Augustine, FL 32080 |

Very Disappointed! Kim M. from Smiths Falls, ON does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2013 This was listed as a luxury accomodation on VRPros website. On the surface when you looked at it, it was. However, there were many issues. I'll stick to the big ones. The spa tub blew black, dirty, swampy smelling water all over one of my girls when she used it, the patio door lock was broke so the only way to lock the door was with 2 plastic pipes, 2 electrical outlets in 2 different bathrooms stopped working mid week, we had to call them a number of times for things like the smoke detector beeping, no pool key, etc. Also this unit is right above the garage door, so everytime someone from the complex goes in or out of the garage, you hear the door loudly - especially in the kids bedroom which is directly above the door! Also says it is in a gated community - it is, but the only fence/gate is across the driveway - the rest is wide open to the A1A Highway, which is between you and the beach. This is also the direction your patio faces. This unit looks and sounds high end, but requires some attention - ie broken toilet seats and very loud, squeaky doors. There is garage parking but no garage door opener, so everytime you return to the condo, you have to walk into the garage and open it from inside. The staff tried to be helpful, but it usually required sending someone, which they seem to be short on. So sometimes when they said someone would be there in an hour or two they didn't show up for 4 or 5 hours - making it 9:30pm in the smoke detector case. This is not my first property rental (although it is the first with Vacation Rental Pros), and I really am not that hard to please. But I do expect to get what is advertised and I paid for. I do know that based on this experience, I won't be renting this unit again! Property Manager Response: Response from Vacation Rental Pros Hi Kim - I just received your feedback and wanted to personally thank you for taking the time to fill out our survey. I apologize for the maintenance issues. This is not up to standards at all. I will email you directly on this. I have already contacted my property manager to get these fixed. You and your family are welcome back any time. |

Like new A guest from Ocean Springs, MS recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in February, 2013 Upscale, high ceilings, excellent view. Issues: 1. no phone service for any of our cell phones. AT&T, Verizon or sprint. we have children and in case of emergency, you have to go outside and look for a spot with reception. 2. dirty towels from previous renters were left in closet and new ones never brought. 3. No key to the pool or the garage, so the day it rained, we parked outside and all got wet. Parking in the garage was one of the selling features on the website to describe the property. The neighbors are very friendly. One loaned us the pool key and some salt. 4. The guest bathroom shower leaks all over the floor as it need a better seal and 5. The glass door lock does not work. Since we have a four year old, it was a little scary going to bed as the porch is not gated, it leads directly to grass and the busy highway. It is a beach front property but highway a1a is the front yard. I would put a safety lock at the top of the sliding glass door or only recommend this property to adults. 6. Last, I would have a talk with the housekeeping staff as the unit should have been cleaned better. The floor was sandy/gritty when one of the chairs were moved, the glass door was filthy with streaks at the bottoms like there was a dog rubbing his nose on the window and the floor in the shower was slimy. i would also invest in good mattresses because i felt like i was in a boat with my legs and head in the air from sinking in the middle. With my comments, you would think that I would give worse ratings, but because the location is central to Daytona and St. Augustine, it is a new unit, the pool lovely and private and the view was to die for, it gets average. To me, the cleaning fee is rather high as the instructions are basically for us to clean the unit before we left. I was even asked to put a load of sheets in the washer. We have reported all this to the management company so hopefully it will all be addressed for those who stay next time. Property Manager Response: Response from Vacation Rental Pros Hi Monica - I just received your feedback and wanted to personally thank you for taking the time to fill out our survey. I apologize for the cleaning and maintenance issues. This is not up to standards at all. I will email you directly on this. I have already contacted my property manager to get these fixed. Great beach location! Jaime B. from Hartland, NB recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in February, 2013 Renting this condo was so much better then trying to squeeze our family into a hotel room for a week! Each room had its own bathroom which was a gret feature to have - especially getting up in the morning and all trying to go out for the day! The property was clean and well decorated. The access to the pool was a great added bonus. Pool was heated and pool area was very clean. A nice way to spend the sunny afternoons! The condo was quite clean for the most part. Some dishes and utensils had baked food on them...most likely because of the dishwasher but is something I wouldn't expect to see going into some place like this. Also the floor hasn't been cleaned great. We had our son who is 9 months old and after crawling around for a few minutes his knees were filthy! My only complaint would be that it was very inconvenient to not have enough dishwasher detergent to get us through the week...or enough garbage bags. Even leaving one item for each day the client has It rented out would've been nice. It would've saved us from buying a whole pack of each only to turn around and throw out. Also it was a bit odd not having a garbage can in the main bathroom or the guest bathroom. Otherwise the overall experience was good. I would certainly consider renting this location again. Property Manager Response: Response from Vacation Rental Pros Hi Jaime - I just read your comments, and I want to thank you for the great input.
