Im Wohnzimmer gibt es ein Schlafsofa mit zwei extra Schlafplätzen. Draußen gibt es überdachte und offene Terrassenfläche. Das Haus liegt in schöner Umgebung bei Kollerup Strand und ist geschmackvoll, in dänischem Design eingerichtet. Große Fensterflächen nutzen die passive Sonnenenergie und sorgen für Helligkeit im Haus. Vom Wohnraum gelangt man direkt auf die Terrasse. Da es sowohl einen Holzofen als auch eine Wärmepumpe im Haus gibt, werden die Heizkosten relativ gering ausfallen. Zur Unterhaltung steht drinnen ein Tisch mit Billard, Kicker und Airhockey zur Verfügung. Auf der Terrasse kann man dann an frischer Luft ausspannen.
