Stayed for 2 days in September, 2011 El apartamento es un buen resuleve para un fin de semana en el que uno va a estar en la playa todo el día. Si vas a pasar más tiempo en el apartamento, es un poco carente. Observaciones: El dueño no permite prender el aire de la sala y hacía calor! Pusieron unos air fresheners que son de inodoro para estar dentro del agua y estaban al aire y apestaban una cosa terrible (a nivel de dar dolor de cabeza). Hay muchos rótulos de lo penalidades, pero no hay un rotulito diciendo cómo se prende el calentador y dónde están las toallas extra. If I knew there was gonna be so many rules I wouldn't have book it! Javier G. from Dorado, PR does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in October, 2010 The TV room was so hot. I couldn't use the AC and the fan didn't work. The AC from one of the rooms made so much noise; unbelievable. They charge an $80.00 cleaning fee but you have to leave everything clean or they would charge you a ton of money. I had to take the trash with me and dispose it in my home. Believe me there are so many rules that I'd advise you to look elsewhere. If you're interested, ask them to give you the rules first and then decide. You complained about the cleaning fee but I believe you did not understood the check out procedure. You did not need to clean the unit. The cleaning fee covers the cost of our staff of going in the property after your departure and clean the unit. The check out procedure just stays to locate the used towels and linens close to the lundry area, so our staff can identify what you had used during your stay. Our staff is the one who clean the bathrooms, kitchen, floor and the entire unit and sanitized everything for the next guest. I believed that you had found the unit really clean at your arrival, because I noticed you rated us 5 (the highest possible point in this area). In regards your comments of a noisy air and a fan not working I will send the technician to check this items, thank you for letting us know. As far of your comment about the rules for the use of the unit; the rules posted in the unit is to make sure people respect this vacation rental, remember you are renting a vacation property belongs to someone else and it is imperative that the rules such as non smoking, no pets and not to exceed the maximum occupancy are respect. Sorry to hear this had bothering you and I hope you had a great vacation at one of our vacation rental units in Puerto Rico. En realidad nos encanto el lugar y volveriamos con mucho gusto. Solo pienso que deberian mantener mas limpia la ropa de cama ya que la encontramos un poco sucia nose si es que llevaba mucho tiempo sin rentar pero no se veia limpia. Villa Marina Village F-18 Eduardo C. from Cagua, Puerto Rico does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in July, 2009 We learned when we arrived that two of the A/C units can be used only by the owner. If at least for a small fee - $5 to $10 per day - we could use the A/C unit in the family room at third floor it would be a lot better. The weather was extremely hot and humid. Sometimes we had problems with the satellite TV signal; some channel could be viewed in one TV set; other channels in the other TV set. The last thing you did was charging me additional $200 on July 20, 2009 without notificaiton and authorization. I am dissapointed.I recommend the replacement of the dinning table; it is a safety hazard!!!! Apartment not Child Friendly A guest from Caguas, Puerto Rico recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in May, 2009 Overall the apartment was very clean and in good conditions. Except that the furnitures and stairs are not child friendly. There's a lot of glass articles including tables. Also, the air conditioning unit in the living area and TV room and water heater did not work. The pool area was nice, but beach was not near the location.
