The double bed is comfortable for a couple of adults but the single beds and the pull out beds in the lounge are suitable for children only.

Resort: Large fishing village and holiday resort directly by the sea, 10 km south from Exeter, 125 km south-west from Bristol, 280 km south-west from London. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Access: motorway M5 Bristol. Then road A376. Railway station in the resort. Car ferry Plymouth - Roscoff 83 km. For arrivals by plane: airport Bristol (BRS) 125 km, London Heathrow (LHR) 270 km. Exmouth occupies a sheltered position on the eastern side of the Exe and is known as a regional centre for water sports activities - especially sailing and wind-surfing. Eastwards form the Dock stretch 3km of sandy beaches, which are clean and safe. The place is also popular amongst ramblers for its beautiful walks and bird-watchers travel to the area to spot several species of rare birds.
