D4/5 is a 1000+ square foot, two-bedroom condo centrally located within the Black Canyon Inn, Estes Park, Colorado. This pristine location offers panoramic views of the Rocky Mountain National Park's Lumpy Ridge and the famous Twin Owls rock formation.
Recently remodeled, upgrades include a beautiful kitchen with an open floorplan into the living room. From the living room or second bedroom, guests can walk out to private balconies to view the beautiful mountains.
Each bedroom has a bathroom with tubs and showers; the master suite featuring a large, two-person jetted tub. A private entrance into the second bedroom provides easy access to D4-5 for guests with mobility challenges.
Parking is close by to D 4-5. The walk to the heated pool on property is about 150 steps from your door. The Twin Owls Restaurant at the Black Canyon Inn is great for an evening dinner. It is a short walk to town from Black Canyon Inn.
The Estes Valley and the Rocky Mountain National Park offer a variety of outdoor activities. Any season, the view from D4-5 is beautiful. Great escape, romantic getaway, or family vacation, the washer dryer is great for those planning extended stays.
Keep your eyes opened and cameras ready! Elk, fox, marmot, bobcat, hummingbirds and bears have all been seen on the sloping mountain grounds of Black Canyon Inn.

My husband and I were traveling with our 17 month old daughter and the two bedroom condo was perfect. As advertised it wasn't baby proofed but very baby friendly. We couldn't use the fire place when she was awake but we were at total ease that she wasn't going to get into any trouble or break anything. The rooms were all comfortable and very clean. I was so excited to see the huge tub and the amazing views. We loved seeing the elk grazing outside our balcony. The location made it easy to get into the park and into town. She made no attempt to accomdate an early check in for us (or notification that our room was ready) as we were travelying with an infant,was not available for any questions (would literally continue talking with whomever without acknowledging your presence in the room), and never answered the office phone when we called. I was amazed at how nicely furnished and clean the condo was, complete with gas fireplace. One member of our party was on crutches and this condo was easily accessible, having only one step to negotiate onto the porch. Only a mile from the little town of Estes with lots of little shops and restaurants and close to Rocky Mountain Nat'l Park too. Make sure you see the twin owl rocks that the restaurant is named for. You will see elk grazing on the property and even walking through the town. Beautiful setting for a wedding, which is what we were there for. The reception food at the Twin Owls restaurant was delicious. Our only complaint would be the tiny coffee cups in the condo-a venue this grand needs man-size coffee mugs! Wonderful trip.
