The 1st floor apartment is located in a private Urbanization (with elevator and stairs), 5 km west of the pretty and quaint coastal town of Estepona.Perfect location to enjoy the beaches,golf courses and the stunning cities and white Villages of Andalucia and easily accessible from the N340, at 25 meters.
It's a child-friendly urbanization,with a cosmopolitan mix of full-time residents & regular holiday-makers:being British,Spanish,German,French,Russian,Swedes etc....
Sit back and marvel at the spectacular sunrise over the marina whilst watching the local fishermen set out for their daily catch!
Our apartment has a cosy feel to it and includes a lot of home comforts to make you feel at home.

-Fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar ( gas and electric oven)grill,microwave, fridge-freezer,washing machine,toaster,kettle,coffeemaker,blender, ice machine etc.
-Large lounge with views of the Mediterranean sea with a south-facing balcony overlooking the beach, pool, gardens, marina and Africa(on a clear day!).Seating for 5-6 with reclining chair, table for 4, large coffee-table.
-Balcony has 2 easy chairs & table/ 2 chairs( or a larger table for 4 with 4 chairs can be firtted for larger groups)
-Hallway with security front door and intercom access system.

Wifi, Sky tv with BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Sky news,etc. Dvd,stereo cd player,cooling fan,iron/board, hairdryer & rowing machine to keep fit!..

Within walking distance,(500 meters) you will find 2 supermarkets( Mercadona and Aldi), 3 good restaurants, a luxury 5 star hotel with spa and treatments facilities,beach bar, bus stop, hairsalon, nudist beach resort.
All you need is within walking distance:(pool, beach,supermarkets, bus stop,2 x hotels for night entertainment,kids play area ,3 good restaurants, & chiringuito (beach bar/ cafeteria) and a nudist beach! )
However it is only a few minutes drive from all the shops, banks, post office, pharmacy, pubs and restaurants in the stunning marina and Estepona town.
A taxi to the marina /town costs 8 euros, or a walk along the beach will take around 40 mins.
