Upper Chesapeake Bay river front cottage on the Elk river at Locust Point Maryland. Beautiful water front view with water access. Boat mooring available in front of cottage. Share grounds with an active Water Ski club. Can make separate arrangements for water skiing with a club member. Quiet friendly family atmosphere. Golf course minutes away and several marinas are nearby. Two bikes are available for your use. Pets are not permitted in the cottage.

Monthly rental is available November through April. May through October weekly or daily rental only. Reservations for summer (June, July & August) will be taken in 1 week increments only until May 1st. If you are interested in renting for a summer weekend please contact me after May 1.

Additional Notes:
50% deposit required with booking. Balance due 2 weeks before rental. Cancellation with refund with 30 days written notice. $50 cleaning / damage deposit required.
