Stayed for 7 days in March, 2012 Our vacation was wonderfull. the house desighn was perfect for our needs. we had the elevater for grandparents, stairs for toddler practice, and big bathrooms for teens. The garage was big enough that we could fit almost all the cars in it. The kitchen was also wonderfull, full of room for several grandmothers and uncles to cook. The living space was as big as our kitchen, and living room combined.(we especially loved the bell for food time). The yard was also great. We probably had enough room to fit 20 people with hula hoops. we loved the soft grass, and the fact that it connected to the platform for going to the beach. Especialy since the grass was a good wiper for cleaning off sand (besides the hose).We also liked the fact that we had a shower, and a hose to clean our feet, and wash off sea water. The fact that we had a perfect view of the sunset was magical. Even the beach had perfect sand for building a sandcastle. We had built a huge volcaneo connected to a village,graveyard,castle,another castle, a trench, and a wall made of sand it was ginourmas! It might even still be up if you check, but then again the wind or tide might have gotten it. The area was also fantastic, with great shops piggly wiggly,restraunts, and activities. Family reunion at Edisto Beach Betsy W. from Waynesville, NC recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2011 Beautiful House and great beach access!! The 6 bedrooms and upstairs den gave us plenty of "personal spaces" when family members needed time by themselves, and the great room and dining room and decks were just wonderful...we lived on the screened porch!! Highly recommend!! And Atwood was just great...thank you Julie for getting us the blender!!
