We ride bikes most of the time and it is close to the sound, bike trail and just very convenient. Atwood has been very helpful to us. We enjoy renting from them. However, it really could use some updating, such as blinds, kitchen appliances, cookware. Best Place - Our stay at Edisto Island was wonderful. The Location was beautiful and near everything. Other than the need for Denise P. from Indianland, SC recommends this property. Stayed for 14 days in August, 2010 and hope to return to Edisto Island next summer. I really wish there was a place on the Island that you could just spend a long weekend during off season. we would all love to come back in the fsll or winter for a couple of days. Atwwod is great - Wyndham Ocean ridge is in decline. Jeff B. from Rock Hill, SC recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2010 Edisto is the perfect place for those that desire a quiet beach vacation. The Best Place is roomy enough for 4 adults and 4 children. We enjoyed our stay but Wyndham has become less desirable over the years. The recreation pass is too expensive for what you get. Over $100.00 to use 3 crowded pools for one week or to have the privilege of paying $20.00 everyday for a beach umbrella. Atwood is an efficient and well-run rental agency.
