Atwood Vactaions manages a lot of great properties, this one isnt Edward W. from Newark, DE does not recommend this property. Stayed for 5 days in March, 2013 Very clean property with very out dated unit. The overall construction of the building was poorly built, you can hear ever step the permanent resident unit above made. It quickly became annoying when you could hear him in the bathroom, sometimes he was so loud we thought he had fallen. Our daughter said it sounded like he was bowling. We had to unfortunatly spent more time in the unit because of poor weather. Actually lost power from Sundays storm for more than two hours, we started to worry we might not have power again that day...received no updates from phone/ email/ or app. Edisto Island is beautiful, spend a few more dollars and rent a better unit than this one. The noise is so loud that it was hard to hear the TV or sleep. The clothes dryer sounded like a train. You needed to leave the condo while you were doing clothes. Place is looking a bit rundown A guest from Ehrhradt, SC recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in July, 2009 Coach had a giant hole in the arm. Several appliances in the kitchen need to be either removed or replaced. There were no trash cans outside, and when we called to ask what to do with the trash, no one ever called us back with an answer.
