For shared use: grounds 3 ha (fenced). Children's playground. Private: garden 135 m2 (fenced). Stepped path (17 steps) to the house. Public parking on the road. Shop, grocers 500 m, restaurant 650 m, bus stop 150 m, railway station "Edinburgh Waverley" 2.2 km, indoor swimming pool 850 m. Golf course (18 hole) 3 km. Please note: not suitable for small children. Bus stop to the airport at 700m. Meter parking fees in Eton Terrace: GBP 1.40 per hour week days, maximum stay 4 hours in non-resident bays. Free parking from 5.30 pm to 8.30am and at weekends. Nearest free parking during weekdays at Craigleith Shopping Centre, just off Queensferry Road (bus n. 41).
