Eagle River, Wisconsin - On The Chain & Available for the Snow Season - Trail 70W at the end of the driveway!!!! THE VILLA OWNER IS LOOKING FOR A SEASONAL RENTER. $775/MONTH + Utilities.

2 bedrooms - 2 bath, This 10 year old Villa is lakeside on Watersmeet lake of the 28 Lake Eagle River chain of lakes & right on the snowmobile trail! Great Musky fishing.

The villa has satellite dish, 2 color TV's, central air/heat, dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas fireplace & lakeview patio door walkout with patio/furniture & gas grill. Pier slip. Totally handicap compliant.

Master bedroom with queen bed & private bath. 2nd bedroom with 2 twin beds. Sleeper sofa in the living room & accommodates 6.

All linens & towels included.

Additional Notes:
Rates are based on 4 guests. Add $50 per night or week for each person up to a maximum of 6.

Monthly rental $775/month PLUS utilities.

A 35% deposit is required within 7 days of securing the reservation. The balance of the rental stay fee is due 45 days prior to check in.

All cancellations need to be made thirty (30) days prior to check in. A full refund will be given upon re-rental of the cottage. If the cottage is not re-rented no monies will be refunded. In the event of a cancellation less than thirty (30) days NO REFUND.

There is a $500 security deposit taken in the form of a credit card pre-authorization. Renter understands that should any damage occur that exceeds the $500 that amount is the renters responsibility.

NO EARLY CHECK IN'S. Late check ins' MUST be prearranged by calling the rental office directly at 715.479.1411.

Check in is at the Bayside Lodging Rental Office located 1.5 miles south of Eagle River, Wisconsin on Hwy 45 S. Complete directions to the office will be provided with confirmation of reservation.
