On the first level, the living room has a dining area. The kitchen, sun room, and one bedroom with its own bathroom open from the living room. On the second level up a flight of steps, there are two bedrooms and another bathroom. The front door and sun room both open to the wrap-around deck, outdoor dining, and hot tub. The rear yard has a large lawn, and there's a path to the river. River access not good for young kids w/o help or elderly; small drop to water from riverbank. House is ~1360sf.
