The upper floor is reachable to apartment L'Uliveta through the central stairs which lead into another hall with a beautiful XVIII century stone fireplace, furnished with the typical "arte povera" style, and provided with a wrought iron and terracotta balcony which opens onto the suggestive view of the valley.
The living area is provided of sat-tv and double sofa bed. The cooking area includes a fridge and oven. The hall leads directly to the two double bedrooms, with antique wrought iron beds. It is present 1 bathroom with shower.

Borgovallesanta, a yellow 18th century villa with balcony located inside the village of Duddova, offers three apartments with swimming pool and park, "L'Uliveta" , "La Torre " and "Il Suono".
Restructured and furnished with full respect of their original style, but equipped with all the modern comforts, these apartments bring the guest back to the past, and are perfect for a relaxing holiday surrounded only by the suggestive beauty of tuscan colorful landscape.
Inside the apartments you will find beautiful antique items, left intact in the years, like olive presses, long tables from patriarchal tradition, furniture of the typical tuscan "poor art", antique fireplaces and wrought iron beds, coats of arms and roman numbers.
In order to give color to the house, some contemporary paintings realized by the owner cover the walls.
In the garden of Pratesi Villa there is the swimming pool (4,56 x is found 7.31 m.) and the gazebo, where you may breathe the scent of jasmin, lilac, capers, olive trees and figs, wich Ms. Rinetta gently takes care of.

At beginning of the country of Duddova is placed our Restaurant- Wine cellar "La Bottega di Duddova" for sale and tasting of typical Tuscan poducts. As well as the house, the wine cellar has been restructered with full respect of its traditional role of stable, the result is comfortable and evocative.
It is pleasant to spend time sitting at the typical Tuscan tables, drinking some good red wine together with delicious cheeses pecorini typical of this area, or tasting spicy "pici al ragù", with mushrooms or tartufo all prepared by Ms. Rinetta.

Guests can discover here the ancient tastes of Tuscany, but most of all, at Borgo Vallesanta they will find the kindness and familiar feeling of ancient times, which will make him feel satisfied and relaxed.

PAYMENTS RENTAL VOUCHER


Once the booking request is received, EASY RESERVE will send the holiday-renters a link to a web page where they can pay the 40% deposit plus the booking fee online with either a Visa or Mastercard. If the holiday-renter prefers to pay the deposit over the phone that is not a problem either. The balance is due 45 days before arrival and can also be paid online or over the phone.


Upon receiving the full balance the holiday-maker will be sent his/her rental voucher. For bookings made less than 45 days prior to the start of the rental period, the holiday-maker must immediately pay the total amount of the rental price.


ALTERATIONS - CANCELLATION CHARGES


For any alteration to the booking, or if the holiday-maker intends to transfer his/her booking to other persons, on condition that the accommodation and the period do not change, the holiday-maker has to pay the amount: of 50 Euros.
EASY RESERVE reserves the right to charge the holiday-maker any additional cost relative to the booking.

Cancellation of a booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties must be paid:

40% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from the booking time to 46 days before the start of the rental period,

100% of the total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to the day of arrival or in the case of no show, IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER ADDITIONAL CHARGES SUCH AS THE BOOKING FEE.
