Great location! A guest from North Olmsted, OH recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2012 The house was in a great location, 5 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants. We also loved the private swimming pool, hot tub right outside the living room window and the extra loft for some added hang out space for our boys. Unfortunately, some standard amenities like garbage disposal and regular coffee maker (a Keurig was available) were missing. The washing machine was broken the entire time we were there and we were offered no other option by the rental agency than to go to a laundromat 20 minutes away. We rent vacation homes for the convenience of being able to cook some meals and to be able to do laundry as needed. The appliances should not be advertised if they are not regularly maintained, either by the rental agency or the homeowner. This was the only gliche in an otherwise great vacation house! return to Sea Shell-ter Ruth M. from Mount Holly, NJ recommends this property. Stayed for 14 days in June, 2012 We've rented this property for many years now and obviously love it! We enjoy the pool and hot tub, the beach is a short walk away as are the shops and restaurants. The owners continue to make improvements which are greatly appreciated. Look elsewhere... A guest from North Ridgeville, OH does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in June, 2012 Location of property was nice but the actual property itself I don't feel was worth the rental price. The pool was mostly in shaded area, not much sitting space on the concrete deck, the actual deck attached to the house was pretty shaky when walking up/down, the door locks didn't all work with the keys provided and you had to deadbolt all doors or they would blow open (which didn't open with a key..another problem), pots and pans provided weren't in good shape.
