Fresh linens, new electronics package, Cable TV, and an updated feel welcome you to "Easy Livin" at the beach! Your very own Outer Banks vacation spot provides a bird’s eye view of the surrounding landscape. There are five decks for your viewing pleasure, two ocean side decks and two sound side decks plus your private hot tub deck. Upper level decks offer partial ocean views and sound views from the west top decks, which also provide awe inspiring viewing of incoming and departing thunderstorms as well as stargazing. You may enjoy hours of sun by the private pool, situated for afternoon and evening sun. A private hot tub deck is a romantic location for relaxing, while viewing the constellations and shooting stars. Your home is based on a reverse floor plan; dining and living rooms are located on the upper level along with decks with views. A gas grill is also located on a small concrete patio near the outside shower. Check out the children's beach/sand toys in a plastic bin next to the grill! Deck and pool furniture are provided. Ceiling fans are located on the upper level and mid level King and Queen bedrooms.

Top Level: Entire top level is hardwood laminate! Comfortable Living Room with large Flat Screen TV and Deck Access with partial Ocean View, Half Bath, Kitchen, Dining Table with Deck Access that offers Sound Views.

Mid level: King Bedroom has Flat Screen TV and Deck Access on West Side, and the Master Bath offers a Shower and Japanses Soaking Tub large enough for two, Queen Bedroom also has TV and Deck Access on West Side, with deck access down to the Poolside Hot Tub Deck and Pool Deck, and Private Access to Full Hall Bath with Shower and Jacuzzi Tub. Bedroom with a bunk bed set suitable for children has TV for games (no cable access).

Ground Level: The lower level is mainly comprised of a Gameroom/Den with Tile Floor and offers Large Wall-Mounted Flat Screen TV in the Media Center area of the room. There is also a 9 Foot Shuffleboard Table, and Wet Bar with Mini-Fridge. Queen Bedroom is situated for easy access to Full Hall bath, Washer/Dryer. A sliding glass door on the lower level provides direct access to the Swimming Pool, and there is a Patio Grilling Area with Gas Grill.
