Stayed for 2 days in December, 2012 We loved the openness of the kitchen/dining/living room where we could all enjoy each others company w/o feeling crowded. The upstairs bed/bath afforded a good nights sleep away from the noise for those who needed it. Kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals. Beds were comfy. Stayed for 4 days in June, 2011 We reported an accident with the glass top table immediately, and were told we wouold be advised of the cost, etc. We never heard and wonder if it was as much as our deposit since nothing has been returned Property Manager Response: Response from Big Trees Vacation Rentals It can take a bit of time for the owner to determine the cost of a replacement. With the glass table top broken, the owner tried to replace the glass first which was the cheapest way to deal with the accident. It can take a bit of time when we try to limit the damage cost to the guest. The owner would love the guests back and they are working on making the accident as cost effective for both the guests and owner.
