Additional amenities include a screen enclosed swimming pool with a whirlpool, 3 master suites, cable TV's in all the bedrooms and both living areas, multiple DVD players and more. Resort amenities include a clubhouse with a fitness center, sauna, pool, hot tub, tiki bar, tennis courts, sand volley ball, basket ball courts, playground, nature walk and BBQ pavilion.

Other Fees: A cleaning fee of $125.00 is charged for any reservation of 6 nights or less.

Gas grill delivery fee is $50.00 and includes a full tank of gas

Other Policies: Smoking is only allowed in the screen enclosed pool/patio areas, but not inside the home.
This is not a pet friendly property.

Cancellation Policy:
Refunds will be issued anytime the house can be rebooked or if cancelled up to 3 month prior to arrival. Credit remains on customer account for future use for cancellations received between 3 to 1 month prior to arrival. No refunds for cancellations less than one month prior to arrival unless the house is rebooked. We charge a 10% Cancellation fee, which is subtracted from your refund or credit.
