Resort: Picturesque fishing village, in the western part of the island directly by the sea, 50 km west from Tralee, 65 km west from KIllarney, 150 km west from Cork. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Access: motorway N86 Tralee. For arrivals by plane: airport Cork (ORK) 150 km, Shannon (SNN) 175 km. Dingle (An Daingean), the most westerly town in Europe, is the main town of the peninsula and an excellent centre for visitors. Lying partly at the foot of a steep slope on the north side of Dingle Harbour, it is surrounded on 3 sides by hills and to the north there is Mount Brandon. Lots of typical pubs with music, seafood restaurants and lovely beaches.

Resort in Summer: Sandy beach, 8 km from the resort. Sports harbour. Diving, sailing. Golf course 18 hole in Ballyferriter 12 km. Riding. Walking path, climbing. Bicycles paths.
