Perfect location for the perfect price! Samantha C. from Urbana, IL recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in March, 2012 I rented this place with 9 of my grad school friends. It comfortably slept all of us, which impressed me the most -- plenty of space to go around! The views were absolutely fabulous, with the lake in the foreground and the mountains behind. The windows in the house were optimally designed for taking in spectacular sunrises and sunsets.The decor of the house was not fancy but was very functional. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were lacking a few advanced kitchen gizmos that would have helped speed up our cooking process one night, but we appreciated the electric wok and the outdoor grill that made cooking for ten much easier. With only two bathrooms, I expected the morning routine to be a little hectic, but since we all kept different schedules during the visit it worked out fine.The location was another high point. You can walk to the lake, take hikes behind the house, or even walk into Dillon. It was a short drive to a grocery store, a movie theater, a great ski-rental shop (Columbine Ski Rental in Dillon), and Keystone Ski Resort. We also drove to Frisco, Breckenridge and Vail with no problems.I would definitely stay here again. The location was perfect for its convenience and its beauty. The house itself wasn't the height of grandeur, but it was very comfortable and spacious. We had a great time!
