A wood burninig fireplace and full clubhouse along with internet are some of the amenities waiting for you at your home away from home. Seven guests can sleep comfortably with a queen and twin bed in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the guest bedroom and a futon in the living room. A view of Lake Dillon is admired from the deck snd is very relaxing after an active day of play. There are 3 TV's/DVD and Laundry facilities are available on site. Gas grill on the deck. Covered parking keeps you out of the elements. The bike path, marina and free shuttle are nearby.NON-SMOKING.

That may have been true, but we were never given information as to their location nor were we able to find anyone who could direct us to them. Nothing was provided for check out procedures, toilet operations, trash and recycling locations, pool access etc. We packed for our trip based on the information provided in on the web page and it was aggravating to not have the amenities promised. The neighbors were loud way into the night. We had to go over to have them quiet down at way after midnight. Someone got sick all over the stairwelll. You can't control the neighbors, but what a joke. The fire wood was actually tough to burn for some reason.
