Complete with a fully equipped kitchen and microwave, a wood burning fireplace, and a HD color TV/VCR with HBO and Disney. The 2 bedrooms and 2 baths include 1 King Bed, 2 Twins, and 1 Queen sofa sleeper for a comfortable night's rest. The great view of Lake Dillon from your condo is a favorite feature of Point Dillon, but other indulgences include an indoor pool, sauna, spa, and hot tub located in the Clubhouse. Other great features of the unit are washer and dryer and internet. A gas grill is located on the deck. Point Dillon is a short walk away from the Dillon shops and restaurants, the Summit County bike path and the Summit County free shuttle stop. Garage parking. WI-FI. NO Smoking.

Great View Kimberly T. from Broken Arrow, OKLAHOMA recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in March, 2013 We always choose Americana when we ski around the Dillon/Frisco/Silverthorn area. This condo had a spectacular view of the lake and surrounding mountains. We love having the washer/dryer combo in the unit and the hot tub downstairs for after skiing relaxation/muscle relief. It was also nice to have the combinations on the doors so that we didn't have to worry about losing keys. Overall an excellent place to stay. We love Americana! condo needs updating A guest from Colorado Springs, CO does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in January, 2013 Great view and good overall layout; however, the unit needs significant updates to the decorations, bedding and furniture. Several pieces of furniture were torn, the appliances are old and the power outlets were so loose our chargers kept falling out of the wall. A Nice Christmas Ski Vacation A guest from Cenntenial, CO does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in December, 2012 Unbeatable location and unbeatable lake view, very convenient to highway, trail, and retails. It was a great plus having two garage parking spaces. However, after a late check-in on Friday evening, we did not have hot water until Saturday around noon. Cable TV and internet did not work either until Saturday morning. Finally, the internet was unbearably slow. We will not come back to this property in the future. We were not able to access the property until 5:30pm on Monday? Rick C. from St. Charles, MO recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in June, 2012 We were not able to access the property until 5:30PM on Monday our first day. That is not realistic and should be reviewed for an earlier check in time since the checkout time is at 10:00am on your last day. The week we were there (06/18 thru 06/24/12) the lot was paved and we were not able to use the covered parking, or pool for that time period. The grill was not cleaned and nasty. I cleaned it The first day of our 6 day stay, with the intent of using it but did not use it while we were there. The overall stay was good and I would stay there again.
