This cozy 2 bedroom condominium sleeps 6 people with a queen bed in the master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom. A queen hide a bed is located in the Living room. You can enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains and beautiful Lake Dillon while snuggled next to the gas fireplace. Laundry facilities, sauna and a hot tub(winter only) are in the complex and are yours to use while you are our guest. The location in the town of Dillon allows you ready access to the lake, bowling, movies and the free county wide shuttle system. The Keystone ski area is 5 miles away with 4 other world class ski areas within 15 minutes. Bike path is behind the complex and will go around Lake Dillon. Grills are on site. NO Smoking. 1 parking place.

Open for a winter lease from Feb. to the end of April/May $2299.99 per month everything included.

The condo is not a luxury unit, but for a family with two kids it was comfortable, clean and affordable. The location and view of the lake and mountains were nice.

Two untold stories found out once you arrive at this condo

This condo has a most beautiful view of the lake, and the picture of this view is what attracted us to rent this unit. Towels were set up beautifully in the bathroom. Everything was older, but clean. Again, wonderful view from the living room! However, there were two small, but nevertheless disturbing issues that were not "revealed" in advance that we found disturbing. First of all, once we got to the condo, we discovered that there was parking for only one car. This was never revealed in the advertisements for this condo that we viewed. There was a designated place for one car, and if there were other cars (as were with our party), they needed to park in an "assigned" PUBLIC lot where the car needed to be moved EVERY day to another lot, back and forth. This lot was located a long two blocks (plus) away from the condo. When we were looking for a condo, several other advertisements did note that there was parking available for only one car. We feel that the omission of this fact from the advertisements for this condo was a small example of bait and switch (we never would have chosen this unit if we were aware in advance of the parking situation since our party had two cars). Secondly, this condo is carpeted in WHITE carpeting . As you enter, there is a 4 x 4 foot "entryway" that is tiled, and a sign on the wall saying you need to take off your shoes. We did follow this request, of course, but the inconvenience of taking off your shoes in this small area (you couldn't close the door before you had to remove your shoes) resulted in us doing equivalent to acrobatics. We are used to a condo being people friendly, which usually means shoe friendly. Had we known this in advance, we would not have ever rented this condo.

The condominium was very comfortable but starting took a little tired. The view was magnificent and the beds very comfortable. There were only 2 dining chairs and a bench seat for 2. We found the lighting a little dim to read by. BecAuse we arrived on a sunday we had to pick up the key from the lock box. There were no instructions for the clubhouse entry code, but the neighbours were very helpful. Great holiday in Colorado.
