This 400-hectare property producing wine and olive oil is surrounded by beautiful woods ideal for nice walks. The location is peaceful and enjoys extensive views over the Tuscan landscape. The property comprises 2 hamlets which are approx. 600 m away walking distance or 750 m away by car from one another. All of the buildings of the 2 hamlets have been restored preserving their original architectural features and turned into 12 nice apartments. The first hamlet (where Monte 1 is ) has 3 farmhouses, 2 former barns, a small church and a beautiful pool set in dominating and panoramic location (approx. 60 from the apartments away). A shared room with TV and table football is also available. The second hamlet (with apartment Monte 2) comprises an ancient villa with its outbuilding and a surrounding park. All of the units are furnished in a rustic style and provide a private outdoor area.

The property also offers large woods for beautiful walks and 2 private lakes with fishing facilities. Laundry available. Fax and internet connection available at the estate offices.

Extra services to be paid on site: Baby bed upon request (€ 20,- / per week). Extra bed upon request (€ 50,- / per week). Maid service available by arrangement (€ 12,- / per hour). Upon request it is possible to hire fishing rods, mountain bikes (€ 3,- / per hour or € 8,- / for half a day), quad (€ 100,- for 3 hours), a jeep with driver (for 6 persons), a small wooden house with dining area, fireplace and kitchen corner situated approx. 2 km from the hamlets away (€ 26,- / per day – available only during day time). Massages can be booked on the premises.
Once a week the owners organize a dinner served in the proeprty wine cellars ( Tuscan menu - € 25,- / per person). By arrangement it is also possible to visit the farming estate wine cellars, to organize wine tasting and to purchase the products of the estate.
Small pets are allowed by paying an extra price of € 20,- / per week.
