This custom built Mediterranean style home offers a large open floor plan and is decorated with soft neutral beige colors with a splash of sea colors to bring in the beauty of the Gulf Coast. This home features an elevator, gourmet kitchen, large breakfast bar, dining room, den, two wet bars, office, a washer & dryer and private balconies.

First Floor:
Living area, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms with 2 sets of Bunk beds (1 has a trundle) in each. This floor was created to allow for more privacy & space during your vacation.

Second Floor:
Main living area which includes a large living room, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining room, laundry room, powder room, fireplace, a large balcony and bedroom with a King bed.

Third Floor:
Bedroom with a King bed, office and a private bathroom, bedroom with a Queen bed and a private bathroom.

Destin is well known as the World’s Luckiest Fishing Village largely because of it roots as a top fishing destination and quick access to the deep waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Destin boasts the largest charter fishing fleet in the state of Florida. But, there is much more to Destin than charter fishing. Destin has evolved over the years to be a top beach vacation destination. Featuring sugar white sand beaches and emerald colored water, it is an absolutely beautiful area. The town itself offers many upscale shopping, dining, and entertainment opportunities. Much of the development of the area has been done with luxury lifestyles in mind. Destin also has one of the busiest private airports in the country. There are tons of things to do in Destin, water parks, water sports rentals, parasailing, scuba diving, snorkeling, power boating, sailing, fishing, tennis, shopping, or just plain relaxing on one of the world’s most beautiful beaches.
