On the first floor you have a two car garage, a rec. room with a full bathroom complete with a stand-up shower. You also have access to the private backyard with a gas grill and seating for eight, perfect for a picnic!
On the second floor you will find the main entry, Living room, Kitchen, Dining area, half bath and laundry room. The open kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, upgraded appliances, and a view of the beach! In addition to the table for six there is a breakfast bar with seating for three. The living room has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and a DVD player. From the Gulf-front balcony you can enjoy a refreshing beverage, dine al fresco, enjoy a sunset or just relax after a day at the beach.
All of the bedrooms are on the third floor. The Master bedroom offers a King bed, a TV with a VCR, DVD player, stereo and a balcony with a porch swing and a table for two! The private Master bathroom offers a double vanity and a beautiful glass shower. There is a Jack n Jill bathroom connecting the second and third bedrooms both of which are furnished with a Queen bed and TV. In addition there is a spiral staircase to the fourth floor sundeck!
