Welcome to Jade East 850. This is a beautiful condo located in one of Destin?s most unique gated resort buildings. We offer carefree check in here so you can go right to the condo rather than check in at a desk. Here?s the bedding set up: King, King, Queen, Queen Sleeper Sofa. That?s plenty of room for 8!

The first thing you?ll want to do when you come in is walk to the balcony. It?s huge and well appointed. Just the spot for your morning coffee or sunset cocktail.

Now step back in and you?ll realize you?ve got the perfect space to enjoy luxury beach living in the comfortable living room area. There?s plenty of seating and a big screen TV to enjoy. And there?s a small wet bar adjacent to the living room so that you can enjoy the view while you?re mixing up your margaritas.

The dining area offers plenty of room for 8. The glass top dining table seats six and there?s two seats at the roomy kitchen bar.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you?ll need to grab a snack or whip up a gourmet meal.

Since the Living Room, Dining Area and Kitchen, stretch the width of the Condominium, offering exhilarating views of the Ocean!

The Master Suite has a KING bed, Private Bathroom, Cable TV with VCR, and an Oceanfront balcony.

The 2ND MASTER also has a KING bed, cable TV, and large closet and a private bath.

The 3rd Bedroom features a QUEEN bed, Cable TV, a large closet and its own bath.

A little about Jade East Towers
The Jade East Towers' lobby and facilities were renovated in 2005, featuring a large heated beachside pool with rock waterfall. With it's spacious pool deck, for comfortable sunbathing and a hot tub for late-night soaking, you will never want to leave.

Jade East Tower's location is ideal! Located across the street from Big Kahuna's Water Park, fun is well within sight. Tons of shopping, golf, and more world-class restaurants are close by. The kids will love the water parks, go-cart racing, arcades, the Gulfarium, museums, miniature golf, and more. On the beach, you can go a little wild with parasailing, jet skiing, and wind surfing, or just relax with a good book.

It's the perfect place for a beach vacation because you can do a lot or do NOTHING! It's all up to you! Rent a pontoon boat or a speed boat and take in the waters around Destin. Or take it up one more notch by trying your hand at parasailing. Skip the boats altogether and go snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, or just plain swimming in the sea. Dolphin excursions can take you out for a look at the gulf, the shore, and most likely a glimpse or two of the dolphins that call this their home. Glass-bottomed boats can also fill you in on the wildlife scene, so book a cruise if the family has a taste for undersea adventure.

When you?ve worked up an appetite, hit one of Destin's many restaurants for a cold drink and a bucket of steamers. Enjoying seafood as fresh as can be will be one of the perks of this beach vacation. Not sure I will stay in this unit again. Kelly M. from McDonough, Georgia does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in September, 2012 I had to change to a different unit and it didn't appear to be as nice, though I had to pay the same price. Unit 850 was not very clean. The coffee pot still had coffee in it from previous tenant. The master bath shower doors were broken. The dryer vent was not attached at all and caused the whole unit to become unbelievably hot and humid. The DVD player was not working in the third bedroom. And lastly, there was no staff present on site to greet you or answer any questions. I had to call the 888 number and wait for someone to return my call to get any questions answered. The air conditioning in the master bedroom did not work very well. The whirlpool tub in the master bath did not have a stopper so it couldn't be used. The middle bathroom toilet leaked and would run water about every 30 seconds. The middle bedroom did not have a mattress pad or a fitted sheet on it. Destin Vacation A guest from Malbern, AR recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2012 We arrived way earlier than planned. We allowed extra time for any travel emergencies. I called the management company and they said they would let us know when the condo was cleaned. They never called to let us know. We actually "camped" out in front of the condo until it was cleaned. The cleaning crew came at 2:30 and did not get through until a little after 4:00! The condo was not spotless....one of the bedrooms had a diaper (not used) behind the dresser and not sure if they vacuumed. Another couple traveling with us stayed in Pelican Beach Resort and was able to get right into their room when they arrived early.
