Overall Property Description:
Mainsail combines luxury condominium accommodations with the best resort amenities in a fabulous Gulfside family resort. Settled on 15 acres east of Destin, Mainsail features a large private beach with seasonal beach service, dune walkover, and watersport rentals. The clubhouse pool is heated seasonally, and a second pool is found Gulf side. There are also a hot tub and kiddie pool. Six lighted tennis courts, a basketball court, volleyball court, shuffleboard, and complimentary use of the fitness center help keep even the most active vacationer engaged. Mainsail is a gated community offering well equipped condos with up to four bedrooms, as well as delightful cottages and spacious townhomes. Please note that a USD 176.40 cleaning fee will be collected at check-in. All no-shows are non-refundable and subject to 100 percent cancellation fee and there will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be considered no-shows and incur a 100 percent cancellation fee. Cancellations made prior to the day of arrival are subject to a penalty of the first night room plus applicable taxes and fees. Please note that a USD 176.40 cleaning fee will be collected at check-in.
