The first floor has a spacious dining room, living room and sunroom, all facing the water, a newly renovated and fully equipped eat in kitchen, a full bath and laundry room. There is a back patio with picnic table and brand new gas BBQ through the kitchen sliders. The second floor has 4 bedrooms and a full bath. Two of the bedrooms have waterviews!
Not one, but two patios! End the day by relaxing or enjoying a meal on the second patio which overlooks the beach and take in the sweeping views of Nantucket Sound or watch the sunset. When the sun goes down,
light the tiki torches and you may never want to leave!
