Parking in the grounds. Shop 5 km, supermarket 5 km, shopping centre 12 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, sandy beach 8 km. Golf course 12 km, tennis 1 km.

The majority of our houses and apartments are located in the Monte Pego resort, in a hill in between Pego and Vergel. Since it is high construction level area, there is a possibility of construction works starting without notice. Car essential. Religious and popular celebrations throughout the year. It is possible to play golf in Denia and to book excursions to Ibiza island from Denia (ferry journey: 3hrs).
